Paul M. Sayegh formerly of the firm Le Clair Ryan, PC and Sills Cummis & Gross, PC,  specializes in corporate representation, commercial finance, private banking, both secured and unsecured lending, and asset-based lending. His practice consists of representing major lending institutions involving various types of collateral, including, but not limited to, fine art, aircraft (including fractional interests thereof), marketable securities, various leasehold arrangements, real property and certain other personal property. Furthermore, his practice includes the negotiation and finalization of all loan documentation related to syndicated and non-syndicated revolving credit, term loan, demand loan and/or all other types of loan facilities. Representative commercial banking (both private and corporate) clients have included: Citibank, Bank of America (and Merrill Lynch), Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Capital One, Esquire Bank, EverBank, Signature Bank and Gibraltar Bank.  He also has commercial real estate experience representing owners and developers of industrial, commercial and residential real estate regarding the acquisition, disposition, management, brokerage, financing and leasing of commercial real property.  Finally, he has performed general corporate work, including corporate formations, restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. His corporate experience includes structuring deals, as well as drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, limited liability company and limited partnership agreements, and such other related documents with respect to all aspects of such corporate transactions.
